IT Executive

We are looking for someone who is independent and accountable to ensure smooth operation of the hotel’s system and networks.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Provide timely on-site support and solutions to both internal and external users, including after office hour support when required
  • Provide IT troubleshooting related to network, desktop, software and hardware problems
  • IT administration, maintenance, setup and configuration of IT infrastructure (network, Window servers, security systems and hardware)
  • Ensure all systems within the Company are operating to required standards
  • Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses
  • Maintain all IT equipment, network, software and hardware to ensure that they are in optimum condition
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works as scheduled
  • Coordinate upgrades and support issues with our system vendors
  • Work closely with various departments to roll out projects related to system enhancement

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or the equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
  • Experience with the Hospitality industry
  • A team player who has initiative and is resourceful
