We are looking for someone who is independent and accountable to ensure smooth operation of the hotel’s system and networks.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provide timely on-site support and solutions to both internal and external users, including after office hour support when required
- Provide IT troubleshooting related to network, desktop, software and hardware problems
- IT administration, maintenance, setup and configuration of IT infrastructure (network, Window servers, security systems and hardware)
- Ensure all systems within the Company are operating to required standards
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses
- Maintain all IT equipment, network, software and hardware to ensure that they are in optimum condition
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works as scheduled
- Coordinate upgrades and support issues with our system vendors
- Work closely with various departments to roll out projects related to system enhancement
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or the equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Experience with the Hospitality industry
- A team player who has initiative and is resourceful
