- -Prepare daily items from A la Carte, Buffet & Catering menus and to standby mise-en-place and show cooking items that are consistent with the current SOP.
- -Stationed at the show cooking counter, you are to ensure prompt replenishment of buffet items and attend to guest requests timely.
- -Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the working environment and operating equipment.
