Marketing & Communications Manager

We are looking for someone who is creative, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with at least 5 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, website development and content creation.

Area of Focus:

Marketing, PR, eCommerce, Brand Recognition and Loyalty Marketing


Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Plan, develop and lead Annual Business, Marketing and PR Plan
  • Execute a results-driven, multi-platform communication strategy reflecting our business priorities
  • Ensure all communications are in line with brand positioning and strategic plans
  • Work closely with local and international media to maximise exposure across online and offline platforms, enhance positive brand image and achieve publicity mileage goal
  • Be a brand ambassador of owned brands, work with all departments and drive ROI through all communication channel
  • Source and maintain strategic partnerships to increase marketing reach and revenue
  • Plan and execute hotel’s promotions and digital campaigns. Track exposure and evaluate performance in accordance with ROI and KPI goals
  • Plan and execute marketing projects, including SEO, database building and marketing, email, social media, GDS and corporate social responsibility
  • Work closely with marketing agency for SEM, display advertising, social media advertising and retargeting campaigns to maximise and increase revenue for promotions segment
  • Generate demand and actively contribute to eCommerce activities
  • To increase the hotel’s revenue by initiating programmes to increase profitability, drive occupancy, while enhancing guests’ engagement.
  • Design, build, and maintain user experience on digital platforms for all owned brands
  • Enhancement for Online to Offline customer journey
  • Manage online reputation management channels and communications and handle crisis management
  • Research market demand for the brands’ products and services

  • Experience and / or familiar with the Hospitality industry
  • Online to offline e-commerce initiatives (and vice-versa) is a must
  • Track records of implementation of effective digital media strategies and campaigns, including social media, metasearch, SEO and SEM
  • Analytical with a data-driven mind
  • A team player with exceptional problem solving abilities, resourceful and can do attitude
  • Agile and quick to adjust to new market developments and work situations
  • A flair for writing
