What is the difference between a Dining Voucher and a Gift Voucher?
Dining Vouchers are valid for a specific buffet experience, such as lunch, high tea or dinner, on the selected day category.
Gift Vouchers are monetary-value vouchers available in $25, $50 and $100 denominations. They can be used towards eligible hotel stays or dining at Carousel.
How long are the vouchers valid?
Our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Can I use Carousel Dining Vouchers on weekends and public holidays?
Dining vouchers are available for weekdays and weekends, depending on the selected voucher. Vouchers are not valid on public holidays or their eves. Blackout dates may also apply.
Can Gift Vouchers be used for hotel stays?
Yes. Royal Plaza on Scotts Gift Vouchers can be used towards eligible hotel room reservations, subject to prevailing terms and conditions.
Do I need to make a reservation before using my voucher?
Advance reservations are highly recommended for Carousel dining. All redemptions are subject to availability.
Can vouchers be exchanged for cash or refunded?
No. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
Can I use Dining Vouchers for takeaway or delivery?
No. Dining Vouchers are not valid for Gourmet Carousel products or Carousel delivery orders.
Where can I collect my vouchers?
Physical vouchers are available for self-collection at Carousel's reception counter, located at Royal Plaza on Scotts, 25 Scotts Road, Singapore 228220. An advance order of three working days is required.
Can I purchase vouchers in bulk for corporate gifting?
Yes. For purchases exceeding 20 vouchers, please contact our team to enquire about bulk orders.

All food prepared and served in Royal Plaza on Scotts and Carousel is certified Halal by Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS). The Halal certifications apply to all open kitchen food stations in Carousel and all kitchens of the hotel. These also include the food served in the hotel’s room service and banquet functions.
The certifications are under the “Eating Establishment Scheme (Food Station)”, with strict control measures in place, operators are allowed to serve alcoholic beverages.
