Whether it’s Maine Lobsters and Oysters from Canada, or Mud Crabs and Slipper Lobsters from Indonesia, head to the ice bar and you can feast on the freshest fruits of the sea specially selected by our chefs. At Carousel, we have a larger spread than most in town!

We especially recommend visiting the restaurant for dinners on Fridays and Saturdays because that’s when we have specials such as the live Sakoshi Bay Japanese oysters and steamed snow crab legs.

Who could miss the all-time favourite sushi bar! Indulge in over 15 varieties of fresh sashimi, sushi and maki, and if you prefer your seafood cooked, our chefs at the teppanyaki station will whip up a mean dish with squids, mussels and assorted vegetables.
