I found all he staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the people who cleaned your room also were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy and they did a marvelous job. This is what makes a difference when you are traveling. I think the lobby could do with a few more lounge chairs as some of us travelers like to sit there and watch the world go by. Perhaps a bar open through the day so the western traveler can have a cocktail or two. The decor in the rooms were a little outdated. My overall experience was enjoyable and I would recommend to anyone to stay at the Royal Plaza and I am hoping to return in 2013.

The hotel presents exceptionally well from the instant you walk in. The location is ideal, the rooms are very clean and the service is impecable. The hotel presents very well, very quick check-in, staff very polite, attention to detail, the bathroom was fantastic, the bed very comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience. We will be back next year!

The RP hotel is an excellent location for shopping, MRT train, taxis and the botanical gardens. A good value and service for the price. The staff are friendly and helpful. Royal Plaza on Scotts has a level of service second to none! From accommodating request made through a third party to efficient and expeditious check in, this hotel would definitely give the other five or six star hotels a run for their money. Would definitely be a loyal customer of Royal Scotts whenever I'm in Singapore .

Location central and satisfactory, approachable professional staff, rooms comfortable and really appreciate the complimentary drinks. Also RP is a non smoking hotel! Didn't have to wait long and no fuss at the check-in.

Very elegant hotel. Staff very nice. All rooms have a flat-screen TV and a Nespresso coffee machine. Very close to the center. Free parking. Fert facilities include a sauna and internet lounge. Next to the hotel there is DFS Galleria shopping center .. Very good food.

Nice place to stay execpt the evening at the bar where other activities create noisy ambiance. Rooms are clear and clean. Free Wifi Perfect place for shopping and a lot of taxis available (not all the time the case with other Singaporian Hotel).

Our second stay at the Royal Plaza . Better room this time than last time to be honest. Staff excellent. We especially had a lot to do with the Club Lounge staff , who were simply first class. Some of them were new/trainee and quite simply charming to deal with.

Will be staying again when we next holiday in Singapore.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night as a stopover. We wanted to be able to do some shopping and not have to get a taxi so this hotel was perfect.
The room rate included the mini bar which I have never had before but was a nice touch. The room was spacious and everything seemed new so it may have been through a refurbish lately. 

Next time I was there i would ask for some smaller pillows though as they were large and hurt your neck. 

Although we didn’t get to have a good look around the hotel and at the facilities it seemed very nice. We would love to return.

What a place to stay. The location, the service and the food. The breakfast was the best i have ever encountered at a hotel. It was fantastic. Even if you are not staying there, go there for the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and could not help enough. A top-shelf recommendation for this establishment.

We stayed at RP for three nights in early November. It was an excellent hotel in a great location and really good value for money. The room was not huge, but certainly large enough and the bed was great. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Singapore and will stay again.

A great ending to our world trip! We broke up a long flight by stopping over in Singapore on our way home. The hotel was wonderful - clean, comfortable and our room was of an excellent standard with modern furnishings.Luxurious bathroom. I was ill so was happy to discover the bed was super comfy, aiding in my recovery. The location was great. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I love the location. The amenities are very nice and the staff are very attentive and hepfull, the staff make sure everything is completed properly and they are very well presented and happy, very well maintained and furnished. We've been lucky enough to stay at this hotel twice, one just for 2 nights as part of a holiday and the second for a week with business. This is a great hotel in every way, the staff are so freindly and can't do enough to help, the breakfast staff are friendly and chatty, great singer in the bar - hidden gem that never gets too busy. We live in Singapore now but recomend this hotel to all our friends.

The food is Halal! The location is very convenient to the Al Falah Mosque and very close to orchard road, quick, the kaabah direction and the quran.  The coffee machine. Great comfortable chair to work. Congierge Syed is extremely pleasant to meet me at the front door. Always a pleasure to meet or be greeted someone like him anytime. Great business hotel. Although lots of tourist too. But this is OK considering what you offer to the segment that you service. The option for paper at the lift lobby is great as this is offered to those who wants it only. This is also available at the conciege when it ran out at the lift lobby

Great experience right from the moment my bags were taken by the staff as soon as my taxi pulled in. I was checked in on the 14th floor where I was given a warm towel and glass of riot juice - perfect after an 8 hour flight! Whilst not huge the rooms are well equipped (they even have a nespreso machine) and very clean. The breakfast and evening cocktails in the club room are a great way to start and the day. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely helpful, polite and friendly - I couldn't fault them. Would highly recommend staying at RPS particularly if you are looking to shop till you drop in Singapore!
