I stayed with the hotel purely because of the fact that Royal Plaza had subscribed to the European Championships channel for its guests. I laud the Royal Plaza for its dedication to its guests in this respect, and enjoyed my stay.

I am a scent person, hence what captured me was the wonderful scents in the lobby, the lift lobby and the passageways.

One thing that made me return to your hotel was that internet access is included in the room rate, whereas other hotels have the cheek to charge extra for it (perhaps they will be charging extra for the desk and the mattress next!)
