We like the formula w-end proposed by Your hotel and hope You can maintain same for the next months. We come regurarly every 2-3 months to singapore and with this formula I will suggest your hotel to my friends too

The rooms are quite small, but very comfortable. Thank you for the complimentary bar. I wish you had ice and water dispenser at each floor.

Service was excellent. We asked for an extra towel and pillow without realising that there was already an extra pillow in the closet, but the staff still sent it up to us within minutes. My request for an upgrade to a corner room with also attended to without much issues. Just one night's stay, but everything was so wonderful that I'll definitely come back again should I need a weekend getaway from home. Thanks!

One of the day during the stay with Royal Plaza happened to be my birthday. I received a complimentary birthday cake, it was such a pleasant surprise. I am soooo touched. And not forgetting that the cake tasted so good. Thanks for being so caring and attentive. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Doorman was very memorable upon arrival, Pia was great at check-in and made the whole experience great while visiting Singapore with Royal plaza.Thank you for having great staff to help guest enjoy thier holiday.

Royal Plaza continues to be a home away from home and we have stopped trying out other hotels. As long as the price does not skyrocket we will always stop over in Singapore on our way to Europe and stay with you. I want to make special mention of the staff in the pool area - they have been great. They offer ice water without needing to be ask and have been happy to watch bags whilst we shower or change. Your organisation should sell its service expertise to British Airways and Heathrow Airport because they are abyssmal and Royal Plaza is the gold standard in hotels.

Excellent choice for my stay. Most value and prime location were my favorite aspects of your hotel. Would definately stay there my next visit to Singapore.
