Hello,The experience was very enjoyable, as I only had 1 night to rest en route to Australia.It was unfortunate that on the night of the 3rd August, there was an alarm going off which I awoke to, and could not get back to sleep.Your consierge Ali, was very friendly and professional, and is to be commended.He drove me to and from the airpot and gave me all assistance as I am an elderly lady. Thank you ........

Lovely Hotel & Efficient Housekeeping,Our Room was always Arranged/Clean whenever we came back to the hotel room.It is commendable that the hotel is 100% smoke free, different to other hotels in singapore.
