Very very friendly and helpful staff. In the room there are no views at all [just concrete blocks] but the room more than makes up for it with the best bathroom I've ever used, free drinks from the fridge, free internet for as long as you want , a huge comfortable bed, and also one of the quietest rooms I've stayed in. The lifts were very fast [no waiting] and the hotel is only 2 minutes from Orchard Road and the metro.

service and ambience of the hotel was excellent and the fact that the hotel was centrally located helped us immensly.Overall our Experience was very good, However would appreciate if you could some more options in the B/fast menu that was there on the top floor.

I have stayed twice, and will stay again next week. I think the staff provide a very efficient and friendly service, the ammenties are very good and the location is perfect for my needs.I have recommended the RP to my friends and some have stayed based on my recommendation and will stay again in the future.

In room dine in portion is very small. Food is expensive compare to Value. Menu should include more option of indian and other cusine food.

Fabulous Hotel, we stayed 7 nights and the service just kept getting better. We had our 19 month old with us and were always made welcome by staff. Hotel and room were spotlessly clean, free mini bar was a delight, and great value to boot!! Awesome hotel!!

Your front desk staff were far better than "excellent"! Daphne when I checked in took care of all my questions and issues. When I left at 5 AM (!) on August 24, a taxi was waiting for me to go to the airport. When I arrived at the airport, I realized that I did not have my passport!!! It turns out that it fell on the floor in the taxi. The person on duty at the front desk managed to reach the taxi driver (!!!), who got back to the airport with my passport in time for me to make my flight. I was blown away that all this was accomplished--I can't imagine this outcome in the US or any other country or hotel!One serious negative: The desk chair in my Club Floor room was terrible! I think it was completely worn out, but I was told that all the desk chairs were the same. If so, they are all worn out! There were metal brackets under the so-called padding that dug into my thighs. Seriously, these chairs are not worthy of your otherwise excellent hotel.
