As you can see that I found the hotel excelelnt and your staff should be complemented on the quality of service. I will be returning.I only need a light continental breakfast - so found the all in breakfast charge expensive.

Did not use the TV. (But your site does not allow me to 'submit' without this answer. A 'not applicable option would be more acurate) Found the cocktails in the bar mixed to perfection ....and we've been unimpressed in several countries. A lovely oasis after a hectic European trip! What I like most about this hotel is knowing that the food served at Breakfast is Halal and there is Kiblat direction in the room. It is very important for us, as Moeslems. Keep up the good work!

My family had a pleasant stay at the hotel which is centrally located near Orchard Road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff service was excellent. We have decided to visit Singapore next year and stay at Royal Plaza again. Thanks again for the service rendered.

We had a little problen with our room being ready for us even after waiting quite a while, but this problem was attended to and my brother aand I received an upgrade. Our room was beautiful the staff fantastic, friendly and so helpful that they are a credit to your hotel. We enjoyed our self very much in Singapore and as we used to live there the vvisit back to the place we called home was very special.I loved the Royal Plaza On scotts and will definately be bringing my husband back to Singapore and we will definately stay at you Hotel. I have been staying in royal plaza on scoots several times, either under my name or under my wifes name Yong su chen, and everytime I stayed there, the service get better everytime, the service were excelent, especially the one who help me check in, the bell boy, everyone, hopefully you guys can keep up the good service, would definitly stay in Royal Plaza scots again, do you have a loyalty member program ?? would definitly recommend to all my friend .best regardsTjioe Liesar
