please put club lounge open hours in club deluxe rooms, in general it is very hard to find any opening hours from hotel brochures.

I would like to suggest to put coffee/tea timing, coctail timing and breakfast timing in writing so that easily for the guesses to refer to.Over all....I really enjoy staying at Royal Plaza. Good services. Thank you.

Whilst the ambiance created by the candles in the lobby was nice, the scent was too overwhelming and can be suffocating at times.

Loved the apples by the lift - but for some reason towards the end of our stay the apples had disappearedNot enough water in the minibarMaybe consider easy access to ice/ice machineNeed vegemite and peanut butter for breakfast!Overall very pleased with our stay and the complimentary upgrade was a very nice surprise - i'm sure our young daughter thoroughly enjoyed her stay.Would easily recommend to friends and family - especially the ones with kids!

Every member of staff we encountered was charming, friendly, helpful and efficient.The food in the restauarant and in the Palm Cafe was superb.

I was late checking in because of the flight arrival time and the Club Room buffet was closed; a bit dissapointing because I was looking forward to that.In the morning the breakfast also closed quite early and very promptly; the lady clearing away our tea cups whislt we were still having breakfast. The manageress though was very good and got us fresh cups

It took a while before the front desk picked up my call on a couple of occasions. I enjoyed the complimentary upgrade to the next level of rooms and the complimentary in-room minibar.

Breakfast was too overcrowded with non-residents. Most of the food trays were empty. The hotels we usually stay at cater for guests, not the general public. You may want to consider a seperate breakfast room for each...

(1) I like the internet booking - gives me the impression of clear-cut and straight forward deals.(2) Please keep up the smoke free environment.(3) Disappointed that the bell boys took over 20 minutes to get our luggage to catch a taxi in spite of 2 reminders.

Overall a very nice hotel except a bit disappointed with the size of the room. I remember last time when i was there, the room was with enclosed closet,and with a bigger bathroom. Apart from that, is a great hotel.
