I stayed at RP several times and this time made reservations to bring my friends to Singapore for the very first time. I made an error in selecting the room type (deluxe vs. premier), but the staff fixed things for me and saved the day. Many thanks! I will recommend you hotel in the future.

We arrived in Spore earlier than scheduled but your frontline staff has made the effort to ensure that we got a room eventhough we were 2 hrs earlier for check-in. That's an extra mile and gesture like this would make customers happy. We would definitely pick Royal Plaza on Scotts again in future.

I didn't see any label "halal" at the breakfast event. Perhaps it would be better if you put such label, so that your guests, especially moslem, feel secure and comfort.

I have great time staying in your hotel after renovation. Stayed there before twice, under Maria Cielito Yao's name. But better and improved in everything this time. Hope you can maintain seamless efficiency in service always. My daughter studies there, that's why have frequent travels for visits. Have appreciated our bigger room and your package promo..easy to decide when making haste booking. The staff seems efficient and courteous always. I like less passerbys in the lobby through DFS. Food is great in the Carousel, efficient Staff in there. Congratulations!
