Very central to shopping centres and MRT. Impressive entrance to the lobby. Very good buffet breakfast and service. Liked the gym and the modern equipments. Rooms were comfortable. Good to have free minibar service even if it was small. Free internet for 1st 15min- was useful on daily basis.

Excellent Hotel I saw a couple of negative reviews on the hotel’s conciege service before I booked, but I gave it a benenfit of doubt since it’s been a while of the reviews and it turned out to be I am right. Everything inclding the conciege service was excellent; it’s conveniece and a good value.

The staff were extremely hospitable & accomodating. I have never found a friendlier bunch! They even upgraded our room. The rooms are spacious and definately well situated, making for walking distance to most locations we required to visit. I would definately book at this hotel again during my next visit back to Singapore.

This is my 2nd stay at the hotel. Reason why I chose this hotel again was because of it's excellent location & value for money compared to some of the other hotels at Orchard Road. Also liked the fact that it's a total non-smoking hotel. Our room was upgraded to the premier floor the 2nd time we stayed there. Excellent services by the staff all round

Another good stay at the Royal Plaza... Location, clean facilities, smoke free environment none.I stayed with my young son for a night while visiting Singapore for medical appointments. The hotel is very convienent for eating and shopping. The breakfast buffet was extensive. The staff is very helpful. I also like the free internet and minibar so you dont feel like you are getting nickled and dimed.

Receptionist Mel handled customers very well, she handled my enquires and requests in the most professional manner that i could ever ask for. Could be one of the best receptionist i ever come across. Overall, staffs in your hotel are very welcoming and i could not ask for anything better than what i got for the amount of money i paid. Thank you.

Hello, I have been staying at your hotel since 1991, I believe it was Holiday Inn back then. for the past year or two, we dropped the breakfast package because it was toooooooo cooold for me. This time we took an upgrade, not really wanting breakfast, but it was included so we went and were suprised at he excellent service and the temperature was fine. My bones were not shaking. We expected that you turned down the A/c becuase of cost, not customer satisfaction, but for me I am grateful. pls keep there and save $$ and satisfy more customers. If it goes colder, I am afraid that I will skip breakfast.

A very memorable stay for my family. Request for baby crib was attended promptly and staff was polite and alert. 1 of yr staff brought us the high chair and plastic cutlery for our 2yr old daughter when we went for breakfast. I will definitely come back and will recommend yr hotel to my friends !
