Royal Plaza on Scotts... ive stayed at a few resorts in Singapore and this was just wonderful. The rooms are large, comfortable and the pillows are amazing! The staff were super friendly and anything you needed they attended to! Food was amazing, location is SPOT ON! My only downfall is the pool area... pools abit small and no bar area there. Perfect for business people or someone that does not care about the pool... however i like a nice big pool to relax and have a drink and i couldnt do that here.

We have stayed at the Royal Plaza a number of times now and still consider it to be one of the best in Singapore. The staff are what makes this a great place to stay, many of them know us by name now and they are always so welcoming to us when we return. We can't fault their customer service or the cleanliness of the hotel & will definately return in the future. Very good location with the massive Ion shopping centre and MRT close by!

Had 3 nights in Singapore at the Royal Plaza which is in a great location. We arrived at 1am, had no problem with a quick efficent check in. The rooms were modern and clean and breakfast was fantastic with a huge choice of both Asian and Western foods. We had the Club Lounge included, given the price of drinks in Singapore, this was excellent value as it included free drinks and canapes in the afternoon. The staff in the lounge were great, drinks refilled regularly and the food was both beautifully presented and delicous. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

I purchased 3 nights at this hotel as a mystery deal off Hotwire. We had a basic room, it was comfortable but nothing flash...free mini bar and a coffee machine were a nice touch. It was really all we needed, (somewhere to sleep). It was in a fantastic location....very central, close to shops, eateries and so easy to get on public transport to get to all the attractions. I would definately come back to stay there.

We had a lovely stay at Royal Plaza on Scotts in Singapore, on our honeymoon.We stayed at the Club Floor , and was given a exclusive and quiet corner room .From the minute we checked in to the time we left, the staff was friendly and efficient . Service was excellent and everything was perfect! The Club lounge had complimentary breakfast and tea,and the food was wonderful. Location of the hotel is excellent, as it is near shopping malls and eateries. 

I would come return to this hotel again for my anniversary!

Location is very good indeed, close to Orchard Rd (just across the road of Marriott). Rooms are clean and spacious (have had the premier rooms) and the buffet is just great both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A lot of good and very tasty food. Nice atmosphere, also in the bar at the second floor, but especially in the restaurant. A bit pricey but really it does not distinguish from other similar venues in Orchard/Singapore.

We booked two adjoining rooms over the 2012/2013 new year holidays. We stayed 4 nights.

Checking in took a bit of time. Our Internet booking somehow did not include our 2 children meals. The check in lady, Sathya was very helpful to sort it out to our satisfaction. She also managed to get 2 rooms adjoining with one king bed, and the other twin bed for our kids. Kudos to Sathya for making us welcomed. This was New Year's Eve. 

The location is awesome, and very convenient. If you like shopping, this is the hotel for you.

RP well connected to the business and shopping area as well, fast response to the customer needs, always giving the best of their services.Generally RP has made me feel very loyal to stay again in this hotel not only for my business trip but for family pleasure as well as it has been well connected to the business and shopping area. The carousel food for dinner and breakfast are always good and nice and the staffs are very friendly from the moment you arrived till your check out time...
RP should and must upgrade the internet wireless to make sure their customers especially businessman/businesswoman getting the best of the wireless services.
