Me and my wife stay this hotel for 5 nights, clean, neat, and room size is ok, not too small (according to Asian hotels like Hong Kong, japan), service and people were nice, you call front desk, they knew your name, answer questions for you, any problem they solve for you quick

I love this hotel. It was in a great spot. Orchard Road is just 2 minutes away. Easily walkable. I would stay at this hotel again. On the First friday of each month, Scotts Road has new musicians to come out and play which is right across the street from the Royal Plaza. Convenient. Across the street, you have the convenience of a 7 Eleven store and eateries.

Fabulous vacation Despite the renovations going on around us, our room was always spotless and comfy. The bed was fantastic and the pillows were a dream! We would go back in a heartbeat. The Dinner Buffet at the Royal Plaza really was magnificent - worth every cent! And one has got to try the pepper crab and seafood at the No Nameboard restaurant. Eating out in Singapore is a delight - so much to take in and so little time! sigh!

Convenient location I was staying at this hotel during my vacation in September and I was pretty satisfied with my stay. The hotel is at a very convenient location between Scotts and Orchards and it’s right around the corner of some of the big shopping centers. The best part is that it is only 1 bus stop away from the Newton hawker center, and the MRT station is a walk across the street. In addition, FREE drinks in the mini fridge. Can’t go wrong when you get, beer, sodas, orange juice, and 2 free bottled water during your stay. Yes, you read it right, you get ALL of that for FREE....

Friendly Staff. Great Location. Breakfast menu was Excellent. Nothing really as Hotel is under renovation and really they try to do there best with noise and restricted to 6pm at night Our Hotel stay was Excellent .. We would like to thank the staff for there extra help and also managing to get us checked in early from our 7.30am arrival ..Nothing was a problem for them and we were always greeted with a smile ..Rooms were excellent , clean and roomy on the Premiere floor (11th Floor).Location of the Hotel is Unreal within a stones throw of everything, walk outh the door and only couple of minutes to Far East Plaza or The well known Lucky Plaza.. We will definitely return again when next we visit Singapore

Fantastic Central Location! I stayed here with my partner and we both loved it! The staff were so nice the whole time, very friendly. The hotel has free mini bar, free internet access (wi-fi and business centre has computers to use) The breakfast is a huge buffet with lots of different choices, all very nice!

Perfect location I had an extended stay at the hotel for business. For me it was in the perfect location. The hotel staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are large and well maintained (the free drinks in the mini bar are a bonus. Access to high speed broadband connection was very important to me and this was excellent (and at no surcharge). The buffet breakfast is the perfect start for a day. I will use this hotel for all future visits to Singapore.
