The cleaners were always nice to us in the morning. They always greet us and even ask if we need anything from their trolleys. On another note, it would be nice to have a healthier range of food for breakfast. Most of the food served at breakfast is fried. And also it would be nice to have the pastries heated up for us so perhaps a small oven is to be provided? Or a staff can do it for us? And you should have water (hot/warm/cold) available for the hotel guests along the drinks aisle.

It is very accessible to Orchard road specially to the new mall the Ion Orchard which I think is one of the best mall in Orchard road. The service is good and we have free internet.
