The RP has everything i need. Very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Location is fantastic and easy to reach from Changi. Close to shops etc. Wonderful place to stay with excellent food. Fast, competent, friendly, cleanliness throughout the hotel and helpful staff everywhere.

The hotel is first class. The rooms are very comfortable and very modern, and the staff are very friendly and polite. Polite and friendly, and I received an upgraded room. I really liked the room. It was clean and very modern. The laundry service was outstanding. It was fast and having my shirt folded and wrapped was a surprise. It was quick and painless.

Thank you again to the team at Royal Plaza on Scotts. We had two Club Rooms for two nights from the 16th of January. The Club Room is the way to go. Separate check in. The team at the Club Lounge just fantastic from trainees to the leaders. Quality food and snacks and amazing breakfast in the lounge. Peaceful and great way to start yhe day. Straight from room to the lounge. We always stay here. Close to everything. Metro, shops etc. The hotel I always say is like a boutique hotel not a big resort hotel. Suits us fine. The mini bar is a nice touch two soft drinks two waters two beers and two orange juices. Beepers so coffee as well. Room I have always found clean, spacious and great bathrooms. See you again on 2 days Royal Plaza on the return stopover!!!! Thanks From the Smithers

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The bed was extremely comfortable! The room and the bathroom were spotless. The internet (wi-fi) worked just fine. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety in terms of dairies, bread, fruit and also "local" food. The staff was very nice and took care of my requests immediatly.

I was very pleased with our short stay here. I felt safe, the staff were very friendly, the room was a good size and the beds were so very comfortable. I loved how close we were to malls and the mrt. There is even a maccas,kfc and starbucks at your doorstep if your little ones won't try the local fare!!

Halal and easy access to Orchard Rd. Friendly and efficient check-in. Complimentary Mini bar! I got the connecting room with my colleague. Fast check out. Staff are attentive to the need to open all counters for checkout due to number of high checkouts in the morning. I love the Bread & Butter Pudding!

Great hotel! Been staying in RP two trips in a row! It's location is just so convenient that makes all our shopping so much easier. An added bonus with all their friendly staff always giving warm smile and well equipped free wifi facilities throughout our stay. Also their breakfast was very good too. They even let us use their weighing scale to weigh our luggages before helping us to get a taxi! Thanks and definitely gonna stay at RP again.

Stayed for 2 nights during last weekend. Overall, the service was very excellent. The club room was very good and the bed was really comfy. Plus a free minibar, nespresso machine and free internet really made our stay fabulous. All of the staff were very helpful, smiles all the time, which shows how proffessional they are. Breakfast at the club lounge is a must if you dont like a hassle environment at the restaurant below. An excellent hotel with a reasonable price.

Royal Plaza on Scotts... ive stayed at a few resorts in Singapore and this was just wonderful. The rooms are large, comfortable and the pillows are amazing! The staff were super friendly and anything you needed they attended to! Food was amazing, location is SPOT ON! My only downfall is the pool area... pools abit small and no bar area there. Perfect for business people or someone that does not care about the pool... however i like a nice big pool to relax and have a drink and i couldnt do that here.
