We have a fab times staying in this hotel and is our third times. Susan who works in level 5 is very helpful and reliable and not to forget uncle Syed and Arthur who works in the reception. Two thumbs up. Brilliant.

Managed to booked room at a good price during the Christmas season. Service was good and the location was excellent. Good size twin beds a plus factor. Taxi surprisingly at this time was not a problem. A number of Food courts nearby are clean too. Will not hesitate to recommend hotel to friends.

A very convenient place to stay. Just a few minutes from the famous Orchard Road. Price-wise was OK however I would prefer it to be a bit cheaper.

reservation counter was excellent, staffing very helpful,rooms very clean. I would recommend to families and friends for holidays, shopping area nearby, rooms and wc toiletteries well maintained and shower was excellent during my stay. For non smoking this is the right hotel to stay, especially for honeymoon. Breakfast up to date,lots of choices especially for the muslim food all are halal.

Michelle at the front desk has impeccable service! She has the most excellent attitude. All the male staff at the concierge and the bell staff deserved a pat on their shoulder! We visited lots of highly acclaimed hotels across the world and I must say they provide a world class service and one of the best. We are very satisfied with our 6 days stay in RP and would definitely come back if the standard remains with the same rates. One negative feedback would be the connection of the carpark and hotel. The staircase made it inconvenient for heavy luggage.

This was my second time staying in RP. The choice was always due to its location, service & most of all, RP serves halal food. I also truly appreciate for the complimentary upgrade of our rooms from deluxe to club. Overall, we are satisfied and happy with the service of RP. Well done & thank you.
