I was advised to stay here by friends. A good choice. The package I had included use of the facilities on the 15th floor which was a quiet breakfast, free cocktail, free high-tea and free mini bar. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable bed.

If you want a good base in Singapore then this Hotel is for you, it is close to major shopping malls in Orchard Rd and if you are there around Christmas then the lights in Orchard Rd are totally amazing. The rooms are of a good size and the other facilities are also very good. The buffet breakfast has an excellent arrangement of food to have for breakfast that caters for all likes and tastes. Excellent hotel wopuld not have any hesitation in staying there again.

The staff was uniformly welcoming and lovely. From front desk, to the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff and the gentleman who re-stocked the refrigerator. In addition, the fragrance in the lobby was so relaxing and cooling. Was it sandalwood candles or something else? I would love to be able to have the same scent in my home. We had a great visit.

The hotel is very easy to get to using the air conditioned Woodlands hotel buses, arranged from inside Changi Airport, this is a door to door service for just nine singapore dollars. The hotel is situated at the bottom of Orchard Road making shopping very accessable on foot. The hotel staff are very helpful and the hotel and food is very good

This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service. It is positioned well, just minutes from Orchard Road. We had a buffet dinner at the restaurant which was wonderful. We would higly recommend it.

Location is excellent, right off Orchard road and all the shops. The underground train station is really near and easy to get anywhere in Singapore from this location by taking the train

The staff were extremely hospitable & accomodating. I have never found a friendlier bunch! They even upgraded our room. The rooms are spacious and definately well situated, making for walking distance to most locations we required to visit. I would definately book at this hotel again during my next visit back to Singapore.

As always the food and ambience are great. However, I was surprised to find that there is no jacuzzi or steambath facilities and the sauna area can be further improved.
