My stayed at the Royal Plaza was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and the adorable ladies at the Royal Club was so helpful and always with a smile. Concierge was helpful too, as i wanted to changed my flight but earlier flights was fully booked. I am now recommending my office mate to stay there. Kindly please make reservation per below. I have always enjoyed staying in this hotel. Even though I checked in at 1am and woke up at 7:30am I felt relaxed. The room was really good, the breakfast, particularly the coffee, was very good. The staff were so helpful and friendly and smiling. A great place to stay. The fine for smoking in the hotel is a terrific idea and should be adopted by all hotels. All in all a terrific hotel

This is what I would call a "WOW" hotel!! From the moment you walk into the foyer the holiday begins! Checkin was quick, room was great! We received a Congratulations Cake for our honeymoon also which was really really nice!! And Big!! Thank you so much! The location is perfect!! Orchard Road is right outside...so many malls...the MRT station on Orchard is across the road also...but why use the MRT when the Taxis are so cheap!! The restuarant is amazing!! Give yourself heaps of time as there is so much choice and you dont want to leave before trying them all!! Gym was state of the art and pool was good. Overall the Hotel was perfect!! Set such a great standard!! I will not fault it at all!!

We could not get the U channel in spite of your technician attending to it. The technician's response was prompt and courteous and cannot be faulted. I believe you all should do a scan of all available channels at least once a day to ensure proper reception of the channels, without having to resort to customer complaints. There is no need to respond to this comment. We hope we do not have this problem during our next stay.

As a local who wants to have a short break from the hectic life, I have decided to take a break and stay at the hotel. I booked a weekend promotion stay for 2 person and was upgraded at no additional charges. Really had a pleasant stay there. Will definitely come back again. Will look forward to better promotions and the short break stay at the hotel
