Great stay. Can’t wait to go back! This was our second time at the Royal Plaza on Scott’s and it was as good as, if not better than, the first time last August- September 2009. The welcome was warm and even the restaurant staff recognised us which I believe was really special. Customer relations at this hotel is top quality for sure and management has a lot to be proud of. The breakfast is amazing and the dinner buffet at the Carousel restaurant, is really one of the best buffet’s we have ever had the pleasure of partaking and would recommend it to all my friends and family. The location is ideal and within reach of the best shopping and dining around. We are really looking forward to our next visit and of course it will be back to the Royal Plaza on Scott’s!

Good Choice to Stay - Good Location if you are intended to do shopping. However, it also not too far from clubbing/ hang out area e.g. one fullerton, clark quay, zouk. Staffs there are friendly and willing to help. Also, room is spacious and the bed is so comfortable.

The quality of food in the restaurant and service room, is excellent. We also enjoy the facilities in the room such as free internet, soft bed, etc. Refri bar without charges, etc. This is my second time in this Hotel, if I can, I will be back again to this singapore hotel.

Enjoyed our week there, again. Loved the attention to detail in the rooms - more than most hotels I've visited. A couple more little things to add though.. somewhere for used tea bags/coffee packets at the tea/coffee making area, and a box of tissues in the bedroom itself. Will definitely return again.

I really like this hotel. I feel like at home. I got complimentary drink can in the refrigrator, so I don't have to buy anymore. The staffs were nice and helpful. The hotel location is very strategic for shoppers and near restaurants. I plan to stay in this hotel again if I visit Singapore.

Fantastic location!! On the doorstep of the Orchard Road shopping precinct and close to the MRT. Excellent and friendly service. Breakfast is great. The minibar fridge in the rooms had complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. Very nice bathroom and shower with great pressure. Quiet rooms. We got a very good price on the deluxe club room from Bookings.com. The deluxe rooms have access to the Club Lounge which has complimentary afternoon tea and cocktails / drinks. It's a nice place to relax and lounge around. We will defintely return to the Royal Plaza on Scotts!
