Professional but warm & friendly staff is your hotel's asset. As a Muslim guest, Halal food is a plus point too. Will consider staying at RP again when visiting/holidaying in S'pore in future.

We had a more than pleasant and comfortable stay at the Royal Plaza. Our check in time is no more than 7-10 mins long with extremely polite and friendly staff. The room provided was spacious even with 2 children and the facilities available in the room were more than most hotels provide. The quality of the food was excellent though we only ate at the Carousel restaurant. The safety and security at the hotel were good enough to allow us to step out of the hotel for a short spell leaving the children in the room. The location is excellent and shopping and the MRT is extremely accessible.

The Royal Plaza hotel is in a great location on the corner of Orchard and Scotts roads. It is a perfect venue for shopping expeditions on Orchard Road. The hotel includes free minibar in the room which is a nice touch.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the orchard area. You can conveniently go to the shopping area in less than five minutes. The buffet breakfast is not bad at all i has a lot of choices to eat. Moreover the hotel facilities is more than enough u have the free wireless internet access, free mini bar drinks, and etc. You will definately enjoy your stay at the hotel. As for the staff performance they were friendly and want to assist you anyhow they can.
