Overall it's a very good experience for me and my family except that during breakfast it'll be good if the cleaners do not sweep the floor when you still have guests having their breakfast. eventho i know breakfast time is over and the staff is getting ready to prepare for the next sessions but sweeping will cause dust flying..and that is not good when you have food on the table and people are still eating.

This hotel is conveniently situated near the intersection of Orchard Rd and Scotts Rd and a few minutes walk to some of the best shopping and entertainment complexes that Singapore has to offer. The hotel is reasonably priced for such a prime location and includes the use of the broadband internet connection which is usually an extra charge at other hotels. The staff are friendly and efficient and the facilities clean and modern and all that a business traveller would require.

We had a very nice stay at the Royal Plaza on Scotts Hotel. The staff were very helpful when we lost something or needed to open the lock of our luggage. Housekeeping service is fast. When we needed extra towels, they were delivered in minutes. It is very near Orchard which is a big bonus.

The Royal Plaza hotel is in a great location on the corner of Orchard and Scotts roads. It is a perfect venue for shopping expeditions on Orchard Road. The hotel includes free minibar in the room which is a nice touch.
