after researching for 2 week for a hotel to stay close to orchard road i decided to stay in royal plaza on scotts due to its good reviews and fair price -compared to other hotels in orchard the service was top notch, the hotel is smaller compared to other hotels in orchard therefore people to help you with everything is always available location was good, not really along orchard but you got a mall on your left and right and a 24 hr starbucks and mcdonalds in front the wifi and complimentary mini bar is a super plus, you dont get that in other hoteks

Overall the hotel is fine. Location is nice, close to MRT. Staffs are nice and easy going. Mini bar is free, which is good. WIll consider next time for staying there again.

I had a splendid experience in this hotel for buffet dinner with my husband. Im pregnant and most waiter there attended my needs very well from arranging me a convenient place to move,helping me with heavy teapots to providing me a comfy cushion to rest on my back when eating. I will highly recommend this place to my family and friends for the excellent services and food.

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Plaza hotel that much that we will be booking again for this hotel very soon. Having travelled the world on business and pleasure, the Royal laza offered everything that you would want on a hotel stay. The most outstanding aspect was the "real" freindliness and politeness of the staff. many other hotel staff are friendly and polite because they are encouraged to, however, the staff at Royal Plaza were some of the most genuine staff we have encountered in our years of travel. Looking to stay in central Singapore, why look any further than this hotel.

I was wonderful that one of the staff (sorry forgot about her name) came interviewed about my stay. She found out my mother not only in xxxxx hosiptal and celebrating her 80th birthday, she made mom a flower arrangement. Which hotel has this personal touch!!! I really appreciated that my room was empty and the staff let me check in early and park my laguages before headed to see mom. Thanks and it is a pleasure stay at this hotel. It is so good we have the free mini bar!!!
