This hotel is quite nice, located in a great area and staff was incredibly polite and helpful. My parents who usually complain, found the hotel very good, so you know its a good one. Room did not include breakfast though, so I cannot comment about it. The restaurant looked nice though.

Good Food - Love the food at Carousel and what's more it is Halal. Excellence Service - The staff are friendly and polite. They would usually accede to their guests requests, if reasonable. Rooms - The rooms are well decorated and equipped with the latest technology, e.g. expresso machine. Non-smoking room, free internet service and mini bar are an added bonus to guests. Non-fuss room booking process. Easy to use. E-Concierge is wonderful coz guests can make their requests by just a clickaway.

after researching for 2 week for a hotel to stay close to orchard road i decided to stay in royal plaza on scotts due to its good reviews and fair price -compared to other hotels in orchard the service was top notch, the hotel is smaller compared to other hotels in orchard therefore people to help you with everything is always available location was good, not really along orchard but you got a mall on your left and right and a 24 hr starbucks and mcdonalds in front the wifi and complimentary mini bar is a super plus, you dont get that in other hoteks

Overall the hotel is fine. Location is nice, close to MRT. Staffs are nice and easy going. Mini bar is free, which is good. WIll consider next time for staying there again.
