We were upgraded to a deluxe room and had a Nepresso machine for our use, which we enjoyed very much. The free in-room internet, which many upper end Singaporean hotels do not seem to provide, was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and clean. It is fairly near (say 10m max) to Orchard MRT and we took the MRT to and fro from the airport without much hassle - including once with a big piece of luggage. Taking the MRT was SGD2 (not counting the deposit) pp, while a taxi is about SGD30.

Good location for shopping in Singapore. wonderfull and fast room service. nice and clean room but a little small for three people to stay. very small size but high enough simming pool, nice different favor choices of coffee making,

I was so happy to stay there especially when I checked in & the staff found out that it was my birthday so they upgraded my room to royal club which is very nice. Also I requested late checked out, they gave me till 2pm but I actually checked out at 3pm and they didn't charge me extra but they gave me another 2 extra bottle of water! And one more thing, the mini bar is amazing!!!

We went to stay in this hotel with my friends. they all appreciate the amenities of the hotel-like free internet, free mini bars ,swimming pool and sauna room. the bedsheets and pillows are all hotel standard quality. the best thing is that it is a non-smoking hotel. it is just 5 minutes from the mtr.

The Royal Plaza on Scotts is located in a very convenient location near the shopping in orchard road and is right across the street from lucky plaza where there are also plenty of inexpensive but very tasty food places (especially at the 5th floor. with free internet, free minibar and free parking coupled with decent rooms and good service makes this a pleasant stay for me. will definitely consider staying here on my next trip if i can get the same agoda discount as before.

The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping and the MTR. The rooms were suprisingly spacious for a hotel so close to Orchard road. We didn't try any of the restaurants but the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The girls and I were very pleased with our choice and if an excellent offer came up again we would definately stay again.

Location is close to every major tourist attraction, free complimentary minibar service.
The reception staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. the room is well furnished, although rather minimalist. clean sheets, very comfortable beds. nice restaurant in the hotel lobby.

Good public transport service to Sentosa, airport, Art Gallery and Chinatown

location is near to the seminar place. the hotel room is big, nice and clean. easy access to orchard road and food vendors, and also mrt station. free internet access through wireless and free mini bar is a pleasant surprise. the staffs are really helpful with information.
