The whole package was exceptional and we had booked on a recommendation from my wifes sister and husband. They had visited Singapore last July and thoroughly enjoyed their stay also. I had been on a business trip to Kuala Lumpur and had booked online whilst there. i was lucky to get a package which included the use of the Royal Plaza Lounge and Club facilities. The extra was well worth paying for the extra facilities received. All your staff are a credit to you but especially Katrina and Sheeda in the Members Lounge. A First Class experience around.

It's been a pleasure stayed at royal plaza. the hotel has perfect location to leisure trip. it's very close to shopping areas, coz it is located in orchard. their staff are very warm and always smile, makes me feels like home staying here. the room service dining was excellent too.

I was thoroughly impressed from the minute i set foot on the main lobby all the way till check-out. the lobby was filled with a soothing vanilla fragrance. staff was extra attentive and helpful. rooms were clean, adequately spacious and i don't think any other hotel offers free wired and wireless internet access. Our room also came with a free minibar. the location of the hotel is the best in orchard rd. Another plus is its close proximity to the mrt and bus stations. There is also a 24-hour starbucks, a kfc, and mcdonald's outlet nearby. one last thing, we noticed the numerous awards the hotel received over the years displayed at the lobby. we now know for a fact that each one of those awards were truly well-deserved!

Awesome service right from d lobby to the room. we were greeted with a smile. the check in took us less than 3 minutes. we were even led to the lift by the reception. upon resting in the hotel... every thing was there. beverages n we were upgraded to the premiere floor. when we wanted to heat up our food, we called room service who came almost immediately. we were expecting our packet food back. but to our surprise, they presented our food on plates ready for room dining in. this extra effort and touch is something that we treasure. thank you royal plaza on scotts

This is perhaps the best hotel i have ever stayed in and it added a wonderful dimension to my singaporean experience. the room was absolutely beautiful and immaculate, with every amenity and convenience that you could possibly want. the staff were professional and helpful to a fault, going out of their way and well above what was required of them to help me when a crisis arose with my tour itinerary. the complimentary mini-bar, wi-fi and free late check out were all greatly valued and appreciated on my part the location of this hotel is is within a stone's throw of many major shopping plazas and outlets and the choice in terms of shops within walking distance of this hotel was amazing. i will definitely be coming back to this hotel and i highly recommend it

the hotel is close to isetan, ion shopping and tang place. it is also next to duty free shop. mrt is also 5 minutes walk from the hotel. borders book store, is 5 minutes walk on the other side. next to the hotel is a 24 hours mcdonald. location wise it is the best in singapore. try les amis french restaurant next to the hotel and hainan chicken rest in far east plaza building in front, they are both rated high in singapore. if you are into shopping in singapore, pick this hotel.

It was our first time to travel out of the country with our 1 year old daughter. We chose the Royal Plaza on Scotts because a friend of ours told us that it was a pretty ok hotel. when we arrived at 12noon after our flight got in, we thought that we would have to wait til 2pm to check in, but we were able to get our room right away. it had a very huge bed, nice big clean bathroom, and FREE minibar. When we opened it, there was nothing inside, but once we informed the hotel, someone came up right away to refill it. even the beer and the soda was free. The staff was so friendly to us. From the doorman, to the lady at the front desk at the restaurant Carousel, they were so nice to us and would make extra effort to play with our baby. At night, my daughter slept straight til 7am which never usually happens. I think it was the comfortable bed in our room. Breakfast was incredible. My husband and I will never stay in another hotel again when we are in Singapore!

The Hotel is fantastic for a stop over in Singapore. The rooms are quiet, large, modern and ultra comfortable. The Hotel provides complimentary drinks and Nespresso coffee. The hotel is slap bang in the middle of the main shopping district. It is also great value for money- a little Singapore secret.

Good service on check-in and check-out. check-in was less than 15 minutes after arrival and check-out was less than 5 minute.good location which was close to orchard road and mrt station. comfortable rooms which includes mini bar, wifi internet, nespresso machine and good selection of cable tv channels
