Would use the hotel again. NO low points, I look for cleanliness regardless of how many stars a hotel has. Service was excellent. If I dialed 0 for anything it was dealt with. Not let me put you through to this extension or you have to re-dial. Everything requested was done and they made the stay especially nice as they had a cake prepared and card for our anniversary. All staff on arrival wished us well and it just kept getting better. Oh gosh, Carousel, the cakes, try one different cake a day, not expensive and had made. I could visit this hotel and just have a weekend in the room and around the complex.

We did not spend much time at the hotel but it was well located to Orchard Road. The staff were excellent. In a hot humid climate, it was well air-conditioned and a great place to cool off and relax at the end of the day.

Wonderful hotel in perfect location, 100m from Orchard Rd/Scotts Rd intersection. Orchard MRT at that same intersection. Bukit Timah Reserve and Zoo very accessible from the hotel, both on MRT/buses and taxis. Very helpful staff who arranged a room for me at 7.30am after an early flight arrival, which made things much easier for me. Nice room and pool. Didn't try the breakfast buffet as Starbucks was just outside. Great value for money. Recommended option in Singapore.

Very good location, next to DFS (duty free shop) and walking distance to most popular shops. Room is clean and with Nespresso coffee machine. Customer service is very good.

i loved the open bar option they gave to all the guests checked in and the free wifi. I found this very convenient since we stayed for 5 nights. It kept me in contact with my office and staff in the phillipines without making any long distance calls. I also love the location of the hotel, walking distance to almost 3 to 4 malls no need to take a cab or mrt. Staff were very helpful when we were inquiring about tours that we could join.

The room is clean, spacious, free mini bar (beers, coke, water, even Oreo snack...). Walking distance to Orchard ( opposite Ion, Far Eat Plaza) so it suits all kinds of shoppers. Besides, the buffet restaurant Carousel is voted the best buffet restaurant. It is a must-try restaurant

All was good!! We wish we could have got an earlier check in but most Singapore hotels don't give it. Room service is super fast . The food is good. The hotel is strictly non smoking! So if u want to take a drag you need to step out!! The other good thing is location. You are right in the shopping district and next to ION Orchard MRT station!

The warmth of the hotel staff, right from the check in desk through to the staff cleaning the rooms. You were made to feel welcome by all, and not just a fee paying customer. The free wi-fi connection this hotel offers made a nice change, as even today, many so called top line hotels still charge to connect you to the internet.
