The shower has fantastic water pressure! The free internet and minibar is the best deal for business traveler. Busy hotel but overall good service and good value for such Orchard road location. Would definately stay there again. What can I say, the hotel is located at the heart of Orchard road, the prime shopping district in Singapore.

After Sentosa we moved to this hotel. The service and the room made us feel way better than the one in Resort World Sentosa. We regreted not ordering the breakfast buffet cause it certainly looks great. We can easily walk out to find endless of malls and all kinds of food. Highly recommended for any people looking to stay in Orchard.

The Royal Plaza is conveniently located in the heart of the main shopping centres of Singapore. The service staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast that comes with the Club level is excellent.

The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The aircon was very efficient as it needs to be in Singapore. The free mini bar was an excellent feature, with beer, juice and soft drink. Location was terrific with easy access to Orchard road, or the metro system.

The concierge staff are very helpful. Hotel is very near the lrt stations, shopping areas of orchard road and the free drinks in the rooms. The hotel's buffet is superb!

We are very satisfied with the room, very clean and new. From the working table, the tv, cabinet and the toilet it was still new. We love the coffee they served not the typical sachet coffee, and they give milo for children too.

We arrived very early & staff bent over backwards to get us into our room before check-in time. Were also given late check-out & invited to wait in the club lounge with access to facilities until we had to leave for our evening flight. We were treated like royalty and will most certainly be back here anytime we have to stay in Singapore.

The Royal Plaza on Scotts was a pleasant surprise, as it offers comparable quality to all the well known 5 star hotels, but at quite a discount. Right across the street from the Hyatt, it offers nice size clean rooms with all the things you expect - but you get free wireless internet and a free minibar included. Staff is friendly and efficient. A short walk of max. 2 minutes gets you to the brand new ION on Orchard shopping center, and you also access the underground there. Really recommendable.

The check-in process was without any drama, even when I didn't have the Agoda booking confirmation letter. The hotel was fully booked out the days I was there and I was placed in a small hotel room, next to the lift. I wasn't sure whether I had been placed in this room because I had check-in late. But other than that the hotel was fantastic.

Very friendly staffs. This is my 3rd time coming here with friends and family and I still enjoy staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean and provided everything we need. The best thing is that mini bar is included. A lot of very good restaurants, venders, 24 hours fast food like McDonald, Starbuck, and Isetan, very close to the hotel.
