I was staying for 3 night. The hotel is located on the best location in the heart of Orchard, it makes my time productive for both business purposes (I was attending exhibition at Marina Bay Sands -- easy to reach by MRT), and at the same time can enjoy the shopping and eating at Orchard. I like the body lotion at hotel bathroom, very relaxing smell.

This time, the reviews were absolutely spot on. Very conveniently located near the shopping corner of Singapore, ready access to the underground, and the rest of singapore from there. Having Starbucks literally at the door step was likewise a major bonus, Getting an upgrade was likewise a major plus. Now we actually had Nespresso in the bedroom! Would definitely want to stay here again next time!

The location to Orchard Road and the MRT was fantastic - couldn't ask for more given the affordable price. We upgraded our package on arrival to include the Buffet Breakfeast, Afternoon Tea and Cocktails and Canapes - worth every scent. If you wanted to, these three meals would feed you contently for your whole duration.

The hotel reception staff were efficient, courteous and friendly. The concierge were always helpful and courteous too. The rooms were cleaned well. The drinks in the fridge were complimentary and the coffee was great. The location of the hotel was great for shopping.The hotel is close to mrt, cinemas, food courts etc. Thoroughly pleased with this hotel and would love to stay there again. We stay at this hotel on all our singapore trips.
