Enjoyed our stay and will be booking again when next in Singapore, we visit once a year as our neice,owns a resturant there called ( O'Gambinos ). we found the staff very friendly and helpful,as we had just returned from visiting Europe,it was so lovely to find friendly people,could not say the same for staff in the Rome hotels. the hotel provide good services, great location as it is in walking distance to the shopping area. Especially in the club floor, where you can use the facilities all day. The minibar is also included and wifi internet also free.

The hotel reception staff were efficient courteous and friendly. The concierge were always helpful and courteous too. The rooms were cleaned well. The drinks in the fridge were complimentary and the coffee was great. The location f th hotel was great for shopping. Shops were walking distance from hotel. The hotel is close to mrt, cinemas, food courts etc. Thoroughly pleased with this hotel and would love to stay there again. We stay at this hotel on all our singapore trips.

Can only say that we had a super stay - everything was just perfect as far as we are concerned. The staff were not just friendly, but very helpful. The rooms were tasteful, breakfast was varied and good. When one of us fell ill they organised a doctor in under 1/2 hour, and followed up with messages of concern, tea and fruit, and a lovely letter wishing us well. Certainly a place to stay!

The warmth of the hotel staff, right from the check in desk through to the staff cleaning the rooms. You were made to feel welcome by all, and not just a fee paying customer. The free wi-fi connection this hotel offers made a nice change, as even today, many so called top line hotels still charge to connect you to the internet.

Location was perfect for shopping and public transport especially the subway. Able to travel far and wide yet close enough to hotel. The service was excellent from the time I arrived to departure. Rooms were spacious for my needs. Slept well on the comfortable beds. Could have stayed longer if I had the time!

Everything in general but the complimentary Mini bar is an added bonus and great at the Royal Plaza. I have stayed there 3 times now and will return again when next in Singapore.

One of the loveliest hotels I have stayed in... from first checking in and seeing the grounds... superb.... staff are nice and friendly and very helpful.... the breakfast provided was fantastic... even though it was buffet.. hot food was ordered via menu and cooked to order..the french toast was delicious! rooms were nice.. although sometimes a tad cold from the airconditioning! rooms were spotless and cleaned twice a day.... the gym was great... and the pool fantastic.... the location of the hotel is away from the main night bazaar street... which is good as away from the hustle and bustle... would definitely stay at the hotel again!

we really liked the room since it wasn't too big or too small. we were provided with almost everything we needed. the room was clean and very comfortable. nice furnishing and bedding. most importantly, they were so generous that they provided us free wi fi, mini bar and a nice choices of coffee, a big plus. the staff at the lobby were very helpful. overall, a very nice stay.

I love the place. The service is excellent. The place is clean especially the room, the bed and the pillows. The internet service is FREE, which is a PLUS factor of the hotel. I think this is the ONLY hotel in singapore offering such freebie. I salute the many people employed in this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. I will return for sure.
