Check-in process is quick, friendly, courtesy. Hotel staffs are very helpful and willing to serve as much as they can. Atmosphere is very ok and look great. Food (breakfast) is excellent, near the mrt (orchard) and shopping area by walking distance. Very convenience to call the taxi back to the airport. In over all pictures, I am very much impressive with this hotel and of course, will be back very soon.

Great Hotel in excellent location to Orchard Road. this is a return stay for me at royal plaza on scotts. the location is well suited for me to transfer to my clients. the hotel staff are very accommodating and generally intersted in ensuring your stay meets your expectations. i would have no hesitation in returning on my next visit to singapore. the bedding is fantastic, i always sleep very well which is important when your days are extremely busy.

Because of it's location, we could shop in the morning and dropped the bags in the hotel room so that every time we went to a new place, we felt carefree. the hotel provide good services, great location as it is in walking distance to the shopping area. Especially in the club floor, where you can use the facilities all day. The minibar is also included and wifi internet also free.
