I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Royal Plaza. The room was spacious and luxurious without pretentious opulence. The location was within walking distance of everything one could possibly want. The staff was friendly and eager to please. I felt like an honored guest in a very comfortable home.

hotel was located in a convenient location, easily access to mrt and shopping malls. reception staff took in our requests for additional pillows and duvets but these were never deliver for the whole duration of our stay. apart from this, we had a great time staying and shopping around.

my daughter and i spent two nights at the royal plaza on scotts and booked it purely for its location. upon arrival we were impressed by the fabulous service provided by the friendly staff. the rooms were a great size and i don't think i have ever stayed in any hotel that is as excepionally clean as this one. i would highly recommend this hotel, particularly if you are planning on spending time shopping along orchard road.
