everyone is nice and friendly, including the house keeping. and the room is very clean and we both were satisfied with the wifi and the minibar. convenient for us both to go shopping around coz the hotel is in the city. and i like the rain shower in bathroom. most of all everyone is helpful and friendly, this is i satisfied the most.

i travel to singapore a lot but have always stayed in the cbd. this trip i tried something different and was impressed with the results. this hotel is a gem, all the 4-5 star benefits of the cbd type hotels with as good service and better value. free mini bar and executive lounges are fully stocked for breakfasts etc. great gym, sauna and pool. also, very family friendly. i would stay here with my family. when taking a taxi to meetings in the city, budget 30mins in the mornings.

The service was perfect, every information was been explained upon check in. Even with wifi password attached on the key card cover. Wifi is available for the whole building. Mini bar drinks and snacks are FOC and the nespresso was a complimentary which saves you time to boil water etc. room was clean and tidy. Room amenities are complete even with an umbrella in your wardrobe. Superb and highly recommended.

Hi, Im a Royal Touch member and would like to say a few words during my christmas stay 23rd to 25th at room 1403 and my mum on 24th at room 1405.Check in was good on the 15th floor and they gave my mum room at about 11.00 so she can check in early. Staffs all very helpful and polite till the conceirge because mum on a wheelchair.The only fault is on the last day they did not give the newspaper at our room 1403 and we called to deliver but was not sent till we check out. Yesterday at carousel was my daughter wedding and we booked for20pax for hi tea. My heartfelt big thanks to the royal touch staffs Jia hui and one of her colleague for personally came down to carousel to give my daughter a bouquet of flowers and a cake. Thanks very much again.
