i arrived very late, 3:00 am, but the bell hop and front desk attendants were very prompted, professional, and courteous. i found my room ready and there were no problems with arrival, check-in, luggage delivery, and the accomodations were as expected. i left the next morning at 9:00 am after having complimentary coffee and orange drink in my room for breakfast. i am happy there were no hassles or surprises. when travelling from far away and arriving late, it is always nice to have everything streamlined for your rest and relaxation.

Good price, great location for people who want to have a gateaway weekend royalp plaza is a good choice. Its clean, room service is good as well! I love their coffee espresso machine and free minibar in the frig. Give it a try people!

We spent two nights at this lovely hotel. We definitely got more than what we paid for. It has everything that we needed; great location (near MRT), 'halal' restaurants nearby (even the one inside the hotel is halal), friendly staff and even free minibar and nesspresso machines in d rooms. I will definitely stay in this hotel again the next time i'm in Singapore.

The hotel was perfect. Every aspect showed attention to detail and a committment to service. The location is perfect for Orchard Road access. The room was quiet. The buffet breakfast the best with your choice of fresh squeezed juices and a huge selection. The dinner buffet was mind boggling and the service wonderful.

4 days for business Royal Plaza on Scotts was a great find. Excellent location for dinner and shopping when time permitted. Starbucks right outside. Open Minibar and Nespresso in room were great touches. The swimming pool and gym were also very nice.
