It is one of the very few shariah-compliance hotel which served halal food/meals. The 'Qiblah' sign in every room as well as the surau (prayer room) are indeed great inovation; very useful for Muslims.

the hotel is well placed, scotts is just aside of busy orchard road. with easy access by taxi or by mrt transport.the lounge is normally a busy spot. the restaurant works as buffet. the swimmingpool is nice. the room equipment is good.

Very, very nice hotel in perfect location. It was close to wondeful shopping, sights and good restaurants. It was also close to subway. The rooms were very nice and the staff was very pleasant. We were upgraded when we arrived. The lobby was very pretty. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

Stayed here for a two night stopover. Location was very convenient, plenty of shops and eating places nearby. MRT across the road and buses to most places right outside the Hotel. Room was really comfortable, nice swimming pool and facilities. Staff all very helpful.

My wife sick on arrival. The hotel went overboard to accommodate us even though it was early morning. They allowed us to check in at 9am so she could rest and then changed our room later in the day to meet our prior request for a single king bed instead of the twin bed room that was available on check in. Thereafter they were extremely attentive to her condition, plying us with hot tea and food. Stayed there for three days and two nights and everyday we were greeted by the manager and staff inquiring about her condition. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel highly. The location is great and the staff superb. Highly recommended.

We choose this hotel for its convenient location in the middle of the shopping district. We could take short breaks in between lunch, movies and dinner to come back to hotel to offload bags and rest. Another plus point is the award-winning Carousel restaurant of the hotel which seves very good buffet-style food throughout the day.
