The room was good enough for the three of us and it is conveniently located near the MRT station of Orchard Road. You have all the luxury brands within walking distance with a 24 hour McDonalds and Starbucks nearby. The staff were courteous and accommodating.

this is not the first time i've stayed at the royal plaza and i'm glad i came back. as i remembered, the staff are friendly and helpful and it is in a great location for getting to places in sg - whether the office or shopping. rooms are nice, facilities are decent. the guys at the front do a great job in getting you on a taxi.

Our room was ready upon our early arrival. They were very helpful when we discovered an article was left in the taxi we came in. It was returned successfully. We were able to use their scales to check our bags weight for an international flight. The location being close to the MRT is great for getting to all parts of Singapore. Would use this Hotel again.

First when we arrived the usher who collecting our bags are very welcoming and treat us like king and queen. The officer at check-in desk were so friendly. Everything is already prepared when we book the hotel through agoda. While we stay, all staffs were very helpful. The room are very clean and nice. We are very glad to recommend it.

We have stayed here many times for the location, cleanliness and value. It is practically on the corner of Orchard and Scotts Road. There is food every where and also a 7-11 across the road. Hotel is clean and internet wifi works well. We always get free parking, for the location, it is unbelievable. Value as well is good considering the location.

The mini-bar that was inclusive in our room rate was great as there's always something there to quench your thirst after a hectic day of shopping and touring. The restaurant offers a good selection of food for breakfast and buffet dinner (seafood night was great). Staff in general offered good service. Room was spacious and comfortable.

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive. We took advantage of the upgrade to Club level. We found the staff in the Club lounge very friendly and they did not hesitate to assist us with sightseeing questions and public transport questions. If they were not sure of the correct answer they went and found out. My wife and I would have no hesitation in staying at the Royal Plaza on Scotts next time we are in Singapore. We highly recommend this hotel.

at the end of a 3 week holiday we had 3 days at this hotel and spent a little more to get access to the hotels premier lounge. i can only say this was a great decision. with the lounge we had access to 2 breakfast options of which the main restaurant was probably the better. with the club lounge access they had high tea every afternoon and complimentary cocktails between 5 and 8 every day. at the end of a days shopping in a city where alcohol is very expensive it was fantastic to have a couple of scotches was a great start to the night. the location is right next to orchard road. only a coulple of hundred metres from the mrt (trains) and easily walkable to all the major shopping centres. the room itself was a king size bed with king size pillows. complimentary mini bar with water, juice, tiger beer, oj and oreos. fantastic shower. again couldn't say a bad word.

the hotel staffs are nice and helpful. hotel's location is ideal for shoppers since many large department stores are in short walking distances. the hotel is also near orchard mrt which allows me to save my traveling time to major places. there is also 24-hour mc cafe and starbucks right in front of the hotel.
