The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic and close to everything. We were very happy with the room. It was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The free mini bar was excellent along with the nespresso machine.We also had free wi fi and free local calls if you use the phone in your room. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Royal plaza is very convenient hotel located in the heart of orchard road. The room facilities are excellent, even the beds are bigger. The minibar is free of charge and the responsiveness of the hotel staff is excellence. The reception is professional in dealing with customers and are very helpful. The bell counter staff is fast during check in and check out. The cafe is very entertaining with live music and keeps the customer entertain all the time. I would therefore rated 10/10 and recommend people to stay there whenever in Singapore.

A wonderful warm welcome by the staff upon arrival from the airport. The lobby area was so impressive with the tea light candles and gorgeous domes in stained glass. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. We thoroughly appreciated the free internet, local calls and mini bar too. The location was excellent being in Scotts Road near the taxis, buses and Mass Rapid Transit trains.The breakfast buffet was delicious encompassing a diverse range of international foods from toast, eggs, sausages and bacon to fried noodles and Dim Sum. A most enjoyable stay for us as a couple.

i have stayed in the royal plaza on scotts a number of times and i am yet to have any real complaints. hotel is just a minute's walk from the heart of the orchard road, and five minutes' from the orchard mrt station. its an even better place to stay in the rainy season as the open stretch is not more than 20 meters between the hotel and the covered shopping complexes of wheelock-ion-wisma-takashimaya-tangs. highly recommended.

The hotel is right at the heart of buzzling orchard road shopping belt where you can lots of good bargains and good food. You can easily get to hotel via various mode of public transport like bus, subway or taxi and within walking distance of 100m. You can find 24hr macdonalds right at door steps which is a plus. For me, the hotel auto upgraded my superior room to deluxe with free consumption of mini bar. Will definitely revisit the hotel again, soon.
