In my reviews I don't often rave about evey aspect of a hotel, but in this case we were more than satisfied. Our early arrival was accomodated immediately and they were happy to help us out with our late departure. We were litterally picked up at the entrance of the plane and wipped through customs. I wish I could take the cussions in the room. They were super cumfortable. Large rooms with a big shower and bathroom. Airconditioning in Singapore is very important at it worked 100%. Breakfast was adequite, but we would have enjoyed some bacon and pork sausages, but in Singapore pork is a no-no. GO TO THE ROYAL PLAZA ON SCOTTS when you vist Singapore. Lastly, location, location were spot on.

Great location, easy access to many amenities. It was a wonderful surprise to have a birthday card and cake from the hotel for my birthday - unexpected and fully appreciated. All The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious clean and quiet and had tea making facilities. We included breakfast in our booking and found the breakfast buffet of an excellent standard. The buffet dinner was also excellent but watch as price varies between weekdays and weekend. The hotel is close to the main shopping centre on Orchard road. The pool and gym were adequate. We liked the fact that this hotel was an independent one rather than part of a chain. We would certainly use this hotel again

Non Smoking Hotel, proximity to Orchard Road. Prompt and friendly service. Room clean and well presented. I will stay with the Royal Plaza again in the near future, towards the end of October.
