We celebrated my husband's milestone birthday recently at RP. The club deluxe package was excellent choice. The hotel even gave him a small present with his name embroidered on it. My family and I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed quality time at the pool, club lounge and Carousel. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and greeted us each time with nice smiles and eagerness. Some names I'd like to mention are Sheda, Karlson, Mathi & Helda. Thank you for one of the best hospitalities and making the birthday event so memorable!

This hotel was exceptional from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out. The room was clean and comfortably laid out. We were on the 13th floor and it was very quiet with no street noise. We would just collapse in the bed and sleep very soundly. The large high definition TV had plenty of channels in multiple languages so we always found something to watch when we wanted to. Located just off the main street in Singapore, Orchard, it provided easy access to everything there. The staff was always helpful and responsive. We selected Club access and were provided with great selections for breakfast. Afternoon tea and evening cocktails made for a real treat. All in all, this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in and would stay there again, should we visit Singapore in the future.

This hotel is value for money and the proximity to orchard road is what sold me. The bathroom is very clean, esp. the shower, not mouldy. Free and fast internet connection. Free minibar, albeit not a lot of choice. I would return again.

Subway is a block away, bus stops in front of the hotel and across the street, plus a taxi quay for just hotel guests. The complimentary mini bar had two beers, two waters, orange juice, coke, diet coke, and Oreo cookies each day. We were on the eighth floor and it was very quiet. The king sized bed was heavenly after a full day of seeing the city. The swimming pool on the fifth floor was a relaxing break from the heat and humidity. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. We didn't eat in the restaurant nor go to the lounge.

Convenience, good service, friendly and reliable. Service was friendly and efficient. Room very clean, all refills done. Staff very friendly. Good to have a bath as well as separate shower. Room service was very friendly and helpful. Gym was well equiped. Check-out was very quick and a summary of services provided given.

Excellent service from all level of staff, friendly, professional and value for money. Great location. I particularly like the non smoking regulation. Informative and efficient checking in. Also I received an upgrade for my self and for friends traveling with me to a higher floor. Fast and efficient.

Comfort and amenities and location. Taxi quay at the doorstep, bus stop very near, and MRT a short walk away. Arrived at 1am after a long day of travel.  We were in Checked in quickly and cordially. It was great.Bed and bedding. Minibar. Bath towels. Used the pool. Very nice. Nice towels. Quick and efficient. No issues.
