The only suggestion i have is that during the online checking process it was not made clear to me that the taxes were not included in the final price of the room. At all stages and on my reservation confirmation there was a cost stated. Upon check out the cost was not what i had expected due to the addition of taxes. This was not a major problem i think it should be made clearer, i am sure it is written somewhere in the conditions but it just was not as clear as it maybe could be. Thanks for a good stay anyway and i have already told so many people about your lovely staff, hotel and the very good inclusions that come with every room. I like one of the front desk officers. Her name is Karen. She is friendly and smiles a lot. She greets us by name. I also like your housekeeping staff. They are warm and friendly. Greets us when we walk pass them by the corridoor. It's the kind of greeting that you know they really meant it; not something that they force themselves to do. We were a little worried about luggage, though. Luggage was left unattended outside for a few minutes before your porter brought it inside. However, once inside, luggage was left at the side with nobody looking after it again. We noticed a few other guests were also uncomfortable about it as we noticed them constantly glancing at their luggage while they queue to check in. I was also a little surprised when I received my confirmed reservation email with my complete credit card number in the email. I thought some of the numbers should be blocked off with asterisks. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
Confirmation to my reservation was addressed to the wrong person and sent to me several times even after I'd alerted hotel. Even this customer satisfaction survey was addressed to the wrong person!The staff that I hold in high regard is the concierge. They were polite, quick and efficient.
i made the reservation for this hotel on the internet and the price quoted on the internet states exclusive of service charges and tax however it does not state the amount of service charge and tax. When i checked out, we discovered the extra charges were 17% on top of the room rate from the internet. I thought when I booked the room that the rate was very reasonable however, it was not so i was dissapointed as I could have got a better rate at other hotels and bigger rooms.

Very unhappy with PohLin in reservations, could i please have Patrick Fiat's email address to highlight some exceptionally poor service we received from her.Other than that everyone was absolutely sensational, in particular Patrick the duty manager. He was very professional, in fact he impressed the hell out of me when he remembered our surnames when saying hello in the hallway, no computers to prompt him, he just made a conscious effort to be more professional than the rest. He is to good to be on the front counter he should be promoted better things, or payed more!!
It is a uncomfortable experience that we have in your hotel. We always love travelling and trying hotel whether in Singapore or overseas. We booked through internet online. We chose the deluxe room as we thought the quality of the hotel as mentioned 5 Star hotel. When we checked in there is no bathtub in the room. The room is very small and compact. I just realize that the deluxe room type, doesn't have a bathtub. We wanted to upgrade the room, the reception said there is no other room available. I said to her that it was also changed the room number (as printed out the chit of paper) but eventually we stilll can't get the upgrade room. When we took breakfast in easter day, the charges of buffet breakfast was not the same price as she told me. When I checked out, I asked whether she cancelled my credit card (as deposit when check in) , but she said unpolitely that 'THE HOTEL NEVER CHARGE DOUBLE'.I strongly DON'T recommend your hotel to stay either for holiday or business trip.
1. The room I got first (executive suitroom) was running out of hot water in the bath room, which is an extremely unusual experience that ever happened to me in overseas.2. The hotel staff changed the room for me immediately, but I couldn't even find a hair brush this time, which is strange again as a 5-start hotel.3. When I left 2 packages at the concierge desk for my friends, I had to spend like 10 mins to convince the staff to put both my Chinese & English name on it. How long does it take to write a name with only 5 alphabets??4. A friend who picked me up in the hotel was trying to call me through front desk, and he got a question like: are you Mr. A or B? while he is actually Mr. C, who knows nothing about the other 2 ppl. Do your staffs have any idea about customers' privacy??5. Please inform me if my friends have already picked up the stuffs I left at concierge desk as one of them is business related, which contains confidential info.Thanks and regards.
After my 2nd stay in Royal Plaza within 3 weeks, I am very satisfied, I hope next with my business trip I will stay again
As my understanding I had been told that the price includes breakfast during reservation, but the staff said that it is not included when I checked in. It seems that there is misunderstanding. However I did not have to extra payment for breakfast at check out, so it is fine.
There was a strange odor lingering in the room when I first entered it but thankfully it went away. I really enjoyed my stay at the RP and the location is just excellent! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Singapore.
I am very happy with the hotel and the location and the service. But I totally not agree with your price police. Why do I have to pay 480 for the room when I got the room for 220 some days before? ThatÃ‚â€™s not subject of the demand of the rooms but subject of the demand of profit of the management. ThatÃ‚â€™s why I had to check out early and get into the holiday in where the room rate was 230 which are more reasonable.

The gym could use some more weight equipment. Otherwise, this was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in, keep up the good work!
Cartridge World staff travel frequently and stay in hotels all over the world. We have already made a note to use your hotel in the future because of it's excellent service. We were very impressed!
Add more tv and/or movie channels. Also it would be a good idea to have some food (snacks) available at the minibar.
