could you please see if either triple rooms could become available or doubles in the club section, as this is likely to decide many customers chance of rebooking in your excellent hotel or going to another in the neighbourhood
Vary the food selections for the dinner buffet so that there are different choices every night.
Upon entering the room, the duvet were not replace prior to our entry as it was lightly soiled, and upon informing to the staff, they were very efficient to my request of changing the bed.
we were frequent guests in the "old" Holiday Inn in the eighties. nice to be back again!
I will make the same comments that I make every month, as I am always hopeful taht you will take one or two of them up:-Change the music on channel one of the TV, it is very boring and it has been on there for over a year.Update the room service menu or at least offer a diiferant menu to repeat clients, such as myself.Mend the broken running machine inthe gym, the ones by the TV does not incline and has not done so for two years.Add a channel to the TV system that would allow clients to pay for films to watch as the current HBO and Star World is very, very repetative.
There was only one issue with the complimentary minibar which we didnt get to use as the fridge didnt appear to be working throughout our visit. We had a member of housekeeping up as we mentioned it on checkin. The advice was to wait and let it cool, but by the time we checked again it was more than halway through our stay and it wasnt worth mentioning. Not a big problem. generally a good stay. food at breakfast was excellent, great staff and service. also liked the Heat bar upstairs - wish we'd spent more time there.
When in Singapore I always stay at RP except when you have no rooms.
It'll be more wonderful if you give special facility for members, such as free breakfast, discount rate etc.Thanks.

I have spoken to the General Manager on my last visit on that day (26th Dec 2007) and I think there's no need for me to repeat the story all over again. I hope that the hotel management ensure that all staff improve their social communication especially towards the guests. I hope that my incident with the security guard ( which i later found out) will not happen again. I had suffer losses ( Baby carrier and baby's black bag left in the taxi) as a result of the security's impatience and rudeness towards the taxi driver and myself.Our family is a very loyal guests and this is one big dissapointment to us.
The price of the breakfast was a comlete joke, otherwise we had a wonderful stay.
Receptionist need to clarify the use of the mini bar. The receptionist told me during my check-in that it was free. But checked the bill I was charged for it.
Loved the location of the hotel. Great band playing in Heat Lounge. Would prefer that the restaurant had an a la carte menu available at all times rather than buffet. We did not eat at the restaurant during our stay.
Improve refrigerator ventilationÃ‚â€”when the door to the cabinet which encloses the refrigerator is closed, the refrigerator cannot cool properly.
I especially loves the beverages. That definitely sets Roal Plaza apart from the rest. The desk area /space was also fantastic. The internet connection was a bit slow during my stay. Not sure if this is always the case but it was still good to be able to get access. I will highly recommend Royal Plaza to friends who visit Singapore and would most definitely stay here again.
i have experienced the most enjoyable stay at your hotel. Your service and the friendliness was more than excellent. We are currently thinking of making the stay at your hotel an annual thing. hope to be spending more time at your hotel by the end of this year. An excellent time spent at your Hotel. 1) Smoke free is excellent!2) I find it a hassle to have to carry the pram/stroller down the stairs as a slope is non-existence.
I thought it was over priced for what the room offerred. The fridge should have had fruit drinks supplied. There was no information in regards to what is available for the tourists in Singapore. There was a Koran but no bible. I could take affence to that. Also I think for the price one pays for the room at least the hotel could supply a shuttle bus at certain times of the day to take a guest to and from the airport.
why we cannot take a bottle of water from the club room?? they told us they will charge us??i travel so many times and always stay at the club room hotel(in different hotel) and we free to bring a bottle of water,soft drinks....maybe you should put a note near a refrigirator..because your staff there sometimes not so nice...and asking a stupid question!!thank you for your time.and in every hotel club room we can take anything from there the club room,a few bottle of water,soft drinks
