We were very impressed with the hotel. The hotel being completely smoke free is a huge plus.
It is always a joy to stay at your Hotel. You have the best Door man in Syad. He is the first person that you see and oh what a great choice. If there was a competition for the best door man in Singapore, he will surely win.

Great location too. Shame I wasn't staying longer and the free water in the room was a nice touch. Also the ability to change late afternoon by the pool area was greatly appreciated.
We greatly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Particualarly enjoyed the pool and complimentary mini bar. We wre celebrating our anniversary and received a complimentary botlle of wine which was also greatly appreciated.
There was a small error with my reservation. But the front office staff was very friendly and efficient in correcting the error. I think her name was sumthing like Nurhidah, a sweet malay lady. Other than that, Im throughly impressed by my stay.

I'm a regular customer by now and appreciate the hospitality, service, and standards of the hotel. I would probably only suggest a royalty program to encourage and reward loyal customers.
We can't find any fault with this hotel at all, it exceedeed our expectation. The staff were courteous, polite and helpful and the hotel was ideally suited to our needs.

The bell/porter Syed provided me with an excellent service and went beyond his call of duty to ensure that my requests were attended to. I was due to have my wedding car and a coach arrive at the hotel on morning 29 March and Syed made sure that there were adequate parking spaces for these vehicles which alleviated some of the stresses associated with a wedding day. I am impressed with the commitment and the service that he has personally provided to me. I would like you to pass on my thanks to him on my behalf.Eddie Lim
Staff were very friendly, but we had to request towels and replenishment of fridge from reception.This did not happen and we had to speak to the room attendant to get extra towels.
VIP client should have free round trip limo to and from airport.
Lighting in the room was quite dim, and very dim in the bathroom. There was no noticeable ventilation/exhaust in the bathroom, a fact I reported on check-out.Nevertheless, I intend to stay at the Royal Plaza again, it is a very pleasant and well-run hotel.
I like you put apples at elevator hall.I arrived on Sunday and there were lots of them but on Monday, there are limited number.Please keep more and I feel that you pay attention on even small things.
You should have indian menu also and also the channel should also have indian programmes.
TO GET THINGS TO THE ROOM TOOK VERY LONG TIME. THE RESERVATION TOLD ME THE PRICE WAS 780.00SGD + + TOTAL BUT THE TOTAL BILL I GOT WAS VERY HIGHER THAN THAT.
Thank you. I was very impressed with the receptionist on duty at 7.30am on 24th March. My plane was delayed in Perth for 4 hours and consequently I was very tired when arriving in Singapore at your Hotel. I was able to check in earlier than 2pm and was very grateful to be able to access my room for a hot shower and sleep etc.
