I was late checking in because of the flight arrival time and the Club Room buffet was closed; a bit dissapointing because I was looking forward to that.In the morning the breakfast also closed quite early and very promptly; the lady clearing away our tea cups whislt we were still having breakfast. The manageress though was very good and got us fresh cups
The view on the carpark !! Is there any way to make it nicer ? maybe with plants ?
It took a while before the front desk picked up my call on a couple of occasions. I enjoyed the complimentary upgrade to the next level of rooms and the complimentary in-room minibar.
Breakfast was too overcrowded with non-residents. Most of the food trays were empty. The hotels we usually stay at cater for guests, not the general public. You may want to consider a seperate breakfast room for each...
(1) I like the internet booking - gives me the impression of clear-cut and straight forward deals.(2) Please keep up the smoke free environment.(3) Disappointed that the bell boys took over 20 minutes to get our luggage to catch a taxi in spite of 2 reminders.

Overall a very nice hotel except a bit disappointed with the size of the room. I remember last time when i was there, the room was with enclosed closet,and with a bigger bathroom. Apart from that, is a great hotel.
Need to offer 'a la carte' menu for lunch.
I found everything just as I would have wanted it to be! Allowing an earlier than expected check-in was wonderful. That allowed me morning nap on day one and made the entire trip better. I'll certainly stay again. Just a note- I had more that 120 nights in a hotel during 2008. I appreciate you hotel more than most. Please keep up the good work.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you so much for giving us a bigger room. My kids love the room so much. They cannot wait to stay there again next year.
Have already recommended this Hotel to other people, and they now stay at the Royal Plaza
I always like coming back to Royal Plaza due to it's central location and good service. I also like the upgraded gym. The staff are generally very friendly and it's nice to see some familiar faces when I'm there (particularly the concierge team, who are forever obliging).
Thank you for upgrading my room. Very satisfied with the service this time around. When the receptionist realised from my record that I need a sejadah, she discreetly requested her colleague to arrange for one. Surely, a staff was already waiting with sejadah at the door when I went to my room. Splendid!
keeps trying to make all the service better and better
Basically this is a perfect hotel for staying in, especially I am a muslim. But maybe if you can lower down the rate, it is going much better
