It is very accessible to Orchard road specially to the new mall the Ion Orchard which I think is one of the best mall in Orchard road. The service is good and we have free internet.

Dear Patrick, My family and I had a wonderful time yet again at your hotel. We have been staying at ur hotel nearly every year since year 2000. In fact this year, we stayed twice! Worth mentioning is your ever friendly and helpful concierge gentlemen. Thumbs up to them! Wish your hotel could hv a point accumulation system which frequent visitors like us could enjoy. We were on our honeymoon, and everybody was wonderful. Excellent service, very friendly staff, Kai-Ling (we hope that is spelt correctly) on the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Very comfortable rooms, great food!

A very convenient place to stay. Just a few minutes from the famous Orchard Road. Price-wise was OK however I would prefer it to be a bit cheaper.

the hotel is not located in front of MRT's station (yes, you have to walk about 6 minutes from Orchard MRT) but the ambience of the hotel compensates that. Third, it's in front of Far East Plaza! A really popular shopping center among youngsters (love it!).

The location, right off Orchard Road, is not my preferred location in SG, but it's close to a subway station and lots of bus connections. The room was extremely comfortable, the free mini-bar is a plus and it's quiet and totally non-smoking! There are good discounts if you book more than 90 days in advance online! I highly recommend this hotel!

I have always returned to Royal Plaza when I visit Singapore. My family really enjoy staying here and it's our first choice in Singapore. First, its price is quite affordable. Second, when that kind of price, I get to sleep in the middle of Orchard Road (or, intersection??).

This is an excellent hotel that was priced very reasonably. The location is outstanding, being right in the middle of some of the best shopping in Singapore.

This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service. It is positioned well, just minutes from Orchard Road. We had a buffet dinner at the restaurant which was wonderful. We would higly recommend it.
