Great hotel very central for all a girl needs to shop shop shop in SIngapore. Have been to Singapore 5 times, but this is the first time staying at ROyal Plaza. the hotel is right in the middle of this shoppers paradise. easy walk to all the main shopping centres in Singapore. but the concierge will book tours for you. Mini bar is stocked with coke, two beers, water and orange juice and replaced each day for FREE, fantastic bonus as food and drink are expensive. would definately stay again

The hotel is located conveniently for Shoppers as well as anyone wanting a good night life as well. Easy access to free duty shopping as well as other big department store. Far East plaza is just across the street for those who wants to get affordable fashion.

The hotel is well located on Scoots Rd near Orchard, close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary serving a wide variety of cuisines. The best one-night stay! Love the complimentary services - complimentary mini bar, complimentary internet access and complimentary use of internet lounge. The personnel at the concierge and reception were very friendly and accommodating. Prior to my stay at Royal Plaza, I've been staying at different hotels in different countries, and this is the first time during my holidays that I actually feel appreciated as a guest!

Location is good, staff are professional and mostly friendly. Far East Plaza across road is ok for food...around corner to Lucky Plaza on Orchard Road for more choices.

Shop and Eat till you drop! Staying at the Royal on Scotts was great as it was so close to Orchard Rd and it was easy to access the MRT station. The buffet (esp the pastries) was fabulous with a good range of foods and it was fresh. The beds were extremely comfortable and the "free" minibar was a bonus. Staff were v courteous and efficient. The "no smoking" policy in the hotel was great!

i injured my leg when i was there, i asked the staff for bandages and they are really concerned for what happened to me, hmm very nice attitude.toilet small, however i like the shower there. bed is ok, other than that its just ok. however it is too expensive, rather than its location and the friendly staff, its just a fine hotel.

I stayed here for the fifth time. I love the Carousel(restaurant at the lobby).It is the best of buffet restaurant. Staff are very nice, very helpful.

Family Holiday Singapore This is a First Class Hotel!!!. From the first day we arrived we have had a great time. It is centrally located . You are able to walk everywhere- restaurants & shopping centres. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast service and variety of food is amazing. The room and bathroom facilities are super clean and comfortable. If you ever stay in Singapore give this hotel a try, you will be very happy with value and quality.
