Breakfast buffet quality seems to have dropped off and no longer offers good value for money.
If only the toilet door lock for Room 510 not spoiled, my stay would be splendid!
the cancellation fee shouldn't be 72 hours before the check in time because sometimes people couldn't make it if there was an emergency reason
Route from carpark to hotel lobby was a bit unsightly and undeserving of your grand lobby. Also, the view from the room was also a tad disappointing as i was looking at residents hanging their clothes. Apart from that, i was very satisfied with the room as i felt very warm and welcome. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Would definitely return. Cheers!

pls lowering the rate 'n give bonus for loyal customer...for the staff...they're all excellent, except in the restaurant, a little bit unconcerned...
I realize that you are more of a business hotel than tourist. However, we were disappointed with the information available for touring and concierge's knowledge and help.Did not use internet.
Looking forward to see Royal Plaza having a bigger fitness center with more & better maintained equipments. I see that the current condition of your fitness center does not really reflect your 'healthy' image of the 100% smoke-free hotel in Singapore.
I wish there were someone at the gym who could provide some information regarding the facility.
Even though we are Hilton Diamonds, we are now making you our hotel of choice in Singapore after this, our second stay. In the lounge Tony, who remembered us from a year ago, and all of the young ladies provided exemplary and most friendly service. The lounge food was fabulous as well. Our compliments to the chef! We look forward to returning.
Is it possible to have a company discount or something like that? Or a fixed rate? I introduced this time three collegea's, so on a few days we were there with 4 people from the same company.
The bellmen can be pushy. When leaving in the very early AM, it was obvious that we were being pushed toward an expensive "limo" taxi against our wishes. Two individuals at the curb.. one named "Saleem" or something like that and another older indian gentlemen were wonderful and very pleasant and helpful at all times. Others, would stare at my fiance' and myself many times when exiting and arriving. This hotel may be girl friendly, but my fiance' is not a working girl and has never been. I do not appreciate the looks we get from some of the curb attendents and the concierge staff when passing by. One day of a week long stay, the mini-fridge was not restocked Have a choice of extra water or soda instead of beer? A "movies on demand" like some hotels offer... would be a wonderful addition.During a fire alarm the week of Jan24, the staff was most helpful and efficient. Other than that, this hotel is top notch, ideally located, and a pleasure to stay in.
I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely return.
Should not make 2 single beds into one king bed - that is cheating
Firstly, Suggestion on improving the housekeeping check list. The used glasses/mugs should be removed from the room daily. Last time, the mugs were not washed or changed after the room was made up. Secondly, although the bed sheet was requested not to be changed, please at least smooth and tidy up the bed sheet otherwise, we'd rather to choose the option of changing the bed sheet which is not environmental friendly.Besides that, my experience staying in royal plaza was a memorable one.

My Gosh, what a great hotel you guys have. Please keep up the great service, attention to detail and price. I stayed at the Carlton Hotel for (3) days after staying there and it is no comparison to your hotel.
The lighting in the room is very poor for a 5 star hotel, simply inadequate. No bedside/night lights and table area also poorly lighted. Generally room space is very tight but I do not suppose anything can be done!
Every day i had to ask for the minibar to be filled up. Should be done automatically.
