The bell/porter Syed provided me with an excellent service and went beyond his call of duty to ensure that my requests were attended to. I was due to have my wedding car and a coach arrive at the hotel on morning 29 March and Syed made sure that there were adequate parking spaces for these vehicles which alleviated some of the stresses associated with a wedding day. Staff were very friendly, but we had to request towels and replenishment of fridge from reception.This did not happen and we had to speak to the room attendant to get extra towels.
VIP client should have free round trip limo to and from airport.
Lighting in the room was quite dim, and very dim in the bathroom. There was no noticeable ventilation/exhaust in the bathroom, a fact I reported on check-out.Nevertheless, I intend to stay at the Royal Plaza again, it is a very pleasant and well-run hotel.
I like you put apples at elevator hall.I arrived on Sunday and there were lots of them but on Monday, there are limited number.Please keep more and I feel that you pay attention on even small things.
You should have indian menu also and also the channel should also have indian programmes.
TO GET THINGS TO THE ROOM TOOK VERY LONG TIME. THE RESERVATION TOLD ME THE PRICE WAS 780.00SGD + + TOTAL BUT THE TOTAL BILL I GOT WAS VERY HIGHER THAN THAT.
Thank you. I was very impressed with the receptionist on duty at 7.30am on 24th March. My plane was delayed in Perth for 4 hours and consequently I was very tired when arriving in Singapore at your Hotel. I was able to check in earlier than 2pm and was very grateful to be able to access my room for a hot shower and sleep etc.
Best value for money I have evr encountered in satying in hotels in Singapore.
The Club Floor Personnel are very helpful and hospitable. It will be a loss if you lose them to another hotel.
I have stayed at the Royal Plaza 3 times in the past year. I have enjoyed the accomdations, friendly staff, location. They have always been very prompt, helpful, friendly.

1.i came out late at Changi Airport and the driver were not very happy.2.Waited for 30 min on lugages which caused me no dinner on arrival date where all nearby restaurants were closed.3. Checked out staff were not very friendly.
The room was pleasantly appionted and everything worked. I did not have time to use the TV, so I'm no sure about the selections. The Internet service was easy to use. I've stated there before and it seemed nicer than bvefore.
It would be great if your front office staff can be more friendly & cheerful.
We liked the nonsmoking environment, the good-smelling lobby, the clean room, free minibar and wifi, and location.We thought the prices are a little steep with all the taxes and all. Thanks!
One drawback is the design of hair dryer inside the drawer, that is much inconvenience. Be honest, it is very difficult to use, please try yourself.

Suggestion: Please speed up the process for check-inComments : Minibars are free, but in my minibar there's only 2 items left. I already called room service but they only gave us minerals water..I think, it should be more than that in minibar..?thanks
The lighting in the rooms could be improved.The gymnasium should be equipped with more cardio equipments and more dumbells.
