Typically, response to request via housekeeping took a while and have to wait for more than 30mins -45min. It will be good that if housekeeping can give an estimate of time duration for them to response so that guest can plan his/her time.

Being a smoke free is really great, I enjoyed the my stay without being bothered bad smell left over by previous occupant. Location is great too.
I stayed 3 days in RP this time but I felt unhappy with the service especially compared with last time. First, the front desk told me the mini bar will resupply everyday but I got nothing even did not provide the drinking water on Feb 8. Second, the housekeeping put the empty boxes for amenity kits. It's really a surprise because this should not happen in a 4 or 5 stars hotel. The third thing was I booked for three days and planned to check out on Feb 10; unfortunately the key card expired on the afternoon of Feb 9. It took me a long time to stay in a line and wait the front desk to setup it. I wondered that I did not extend or make any change of my schedule and thought maybe the hotel tried to boot us out. I need an excuse but even I can not find the deputy manager during my stays. Now, I am thinking I may not get any response for the feedback!
For more value for money, customer satisfaction and regular patronage of hotel, complimentary breakfast should be provided and not be placed as a separate charge for all room bookings.
This was my first trip to Singapore and the hotel really added to the experience. Thank you for a great stay!
Yes its a wonderful experience with Royal Plaza!If when i was checked in, i could be given some more info abt the hotel facilitied provided ie where is the location for pool, bar etc, that would be great!
The music band was too loud in The Heat an the food long to be served. Besides that we were very impressed by your hotel. (we are regular clients to The Traders Hotel in Singapore)
I would suggest that you could provide some food items e.g. chocolates, peanuts and chips in your Mini Bar.
Comfortable and pleasant experience.
We were given an upgraded room. However, the room was located next to the rooms that were being renovated. The hallway was reeked with the smell of paint and glue. Unfortunately, our room was located at the end of the hallway and we had to endure the small to/fro the lift lobby.
The room could have used more lighting and there was no clock.

Breakfast buffet quality seems to have dropped off and no longer offers good value for money.
If only the toilet door lock for Room 510 not spoiled, my stay would be splendid!
the cancellation fee shouldn't be 72 hours before the check in time because sometimes people couldn't make it if there was an emergency reason
Route from carpark to hotel lobby was a bit unsightly and undeserving of your grand lobby. Also, the view from the room was also a tad disappointing as i was looking at residents hanging their clothes. Apart from that, i was very satisfied with the room as i felt very warm and welcome. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Would definitely return. Cheers!

pls lowering the rate 'n give bonus for loyal customer...for the staff...they're all excellent, except in the restaurant, a little bit unconcerned...
I realize that you are more of a business hotel than tourist. However, we were disappointed with the information available for touring and concierge's knowledge and help.Did not use internet.
